What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email, inquiry type, and message. If you email, call, or use WhatsApp, we keep the details needed to reply. We do not require an account to browse this site.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and provide services you ask for. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It is designed to work without advertising cookies. We use it to improve the site, not to profile you for ads.
Who we share with
The contact form is sent through an email delivery provider so the message reaches us. The site is hosted on Vercel. We only share what those providers need to run the service. If a project uses other processors (for example hosting a client system), that is covered in that project’s agreement.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and legal records, then deleted or archived according to our practice.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, subject to the PDPO. To do so, email us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
